AWARENESS
SALON NO SHOW LOSS – £10338 in annual revenue
(This could hire a full time graduate)
STYLIST NO SHOW LOSS – Up to £1153 in annual bonus
(No employees can afford to lose this from their wages)
OVER 10 WASTED HOURS EVERY WEEK.
In one day alone we can have as many as 7 No shows, leaving our stylists with reduced wages as they work on a % commission bonus like the majority of stylists across the world.
FAIRNESS
We require 24 hours cancellation notice so we can try to re sell the time to some one else.
24 HOURS NOTICE means we must receive notification 24 hours or more before your appointment time.
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way, we are all so busy that appointments can sometimes slip our minds.
So we bring you our 3 step FAIRNESS POLICY.
1ST NO SHOW – We are not monsters! we will take the hit, understanding that its probably slipped your mind, we will reschedule your appointment for when its next convenient.
2ND NO SHOW – Any future appointments will require a £10 booking fee to be paid at the time of booking, this will be none refundable if you fail to show up again, the £10 will be deducted off your bill when you attend your appointment, if you give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation or rescheduling, the £10 will be passed over to your next/rescheduled appointment.
3RD NO SHOW – Any future appointments will not be booked without a 50% booking fee, to be paid at the time of booking, this will be none refundable if you fail to attend your appointment with no notice.
The 50% will be deducted from your bill at your appointment. If you give a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation or rescheduling the 50% will be passed over to your next/rescheduled appointment.
In return we agree that if for any reason we need to change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, and your booking has stood for more than 48 hours, we will endeaver to offer you another appointment on the same day.
If we are un able to offer your appointment on the same day, we will gift you with half of your appointment value in free products when you return for your booking.
*Please note due to sickness, we may not always be able to offer you the same stylist, or the same time, but we will endeaver to offer you an alternative appointment on the same day where possible.
LATENESS
If YOU are late to your appointment, the time will come off your appointment so we are unable to guarantee you the full service you booked for. We can guarantee you that your stylist will do everything they can to ensure you look and feel amazing in the time they have left.
If WE are late starting your appointment, your full service will not be affected.
IN our service industry appointment times can be unpredictable so we base them on averages, we can not guarantee you will be out in your exact booking time, so please make appointments when you are not in a rush to be out in a specific time,and ensure there is plenty of time on your parking as we want you to enjoy the best salon experience, we hate to compromise this by rushing.

New client booking fee policy
For new clients booking a colour service with us for the first time a booking fee of 50% is payable at the time of booking. The booking fee will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your appointment.
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment 24 hours notice is required, the booking fee will be moved across to your new appointment or refunded. In the event that 24 hours notice is not given or in the event of a no-show of the appointment the booking fee will NOT be refunded.
